Orders

A made-to-order ring is ordered when you pay the deposit or the full price and we confirm the stone is reserved.

Prices

Prices include VAT, the certificate, hallmarking, engraving and insured delivery in the UK. Stone prices are held for 48 hours once a stone is in your tray.

Making times

Bespoke rings take six weeks from the first sitting. If we are going to be late, we tell you as soon as we know.

Returns

Ready-to-wear pieces can be returned unworn within 30 days. Made-to-order rings can be resized or adjusted, but not returned, because they are made for you.

Resizing and repairs

Resizing is free once within 30 days of collection. Claw checks are free for the first year.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Your statutory rights are not affected.
