We do, and we label them clearly. Lab-grown stones are real diamonds with the same hardness and fire; they cost a fraction of mined stones and have little resale value. We’ll show you both side by side.

Of course. We’ll check it under the loupe, weigh it and tell you honestly if it’s worth setting. There’s no charge for the look.

For most people, G–H colour and VS2 clarity look identical to the top grades once set. Our colour guide shows the difference in daylight.

Six weeks from the first sketch to the hallmark. We can do four if there’s a date to hit — ask at the first sitting.

Yes. You try the wax at week two, and you get a photograph from your setter every Friday.

Yes, free and insured, signed for by the person named on the order. Most people prefer to collect so we can fit the ring on the day.

Always. The parcel says nothing about what’s inside, and we can hold it at the atelier if a surprise is at stake.

Made-to-order rings can be resized or adjusted but not returned. Ready-to-wear pieces can be returned within 30 days, unworn.

Warm water, a drop of washing-up liquid and a soft toothbrush behind the stone. Rinse, dry with a lint-free cloth. Avoid bleach and ultrasonic cleaners on emeralds.

Yes — 25% holds the stone and starts the work; the balance is due on collection.
