Who we are
Loupe Atelier Ltd, 27 Greville Street, London EC1N 8SU, is the controller of the personal data described here. Questions go to privacy@loupe.studio.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone number and delivery address when you order, book a sitting or create an account.
Your finger size and design notes, so the setter can make the ring you described.
Basic analytics about how pages are used, without advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To make, deliver and insure your order; to send the Friday photo if you ask for it; to answer questions; and to meet our legal duties, such as keeping tax records.
How long we keep it
Order records for six years, as the law requires. Design notes for as long as you have an account. The Friday photo list until you leave it.
Who we share it with
Our insured courier, our payment provider and the London Assay Office, only as needed. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it or object to how we use it. Write to privacy@loupe.studio and we will reply within a month.
